CasaToscane – Terms and Conditions of Rental

1. Reservation
Reservations can be made through the website www.casatoscane.nl, by e-mail, or by phone.
After your booking request, you will receive a rental agreement by e-mail.
Your reservation becomes final once the deposit of 40% of the rental amount (minimum €100) has been received by CasaToscane within 7 days after booking or via the online payment system on our website.

2. Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
If you book within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the total amount is due immediately.
Once payment is received in full, you will receive a voucher (proof of payment and access document), which must be shown upon check-in at the campsite reception together with a valid ID.

3. Additional Fees
- Reservation fee: €25 per booking (mandatory)
- Final cleaning: €60 per stay (mandatory, payable at arrival)
- Security deposit: €50 per accommodation (mandatory, payable at arrival).
  This deposit covers general usage and will be refunded after inspection upon departure.
  Note: This deposit is not related to the air conditioning remote control, but the remote must be returned upon check-out. If not returned, the €50 deposit will be withheld.

4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out before 10:00 on the day of departure.
The key must be returned to the reception upon check-out.

5. Rental Conditions
Rental prices are based on up to 5 persons per accommodation (Zona Arancione).
The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity.

6. Tourist Tax
A local tourist tax is charged by the municipality: €1 per person per night (aged 18 and over), for a maximum of 7 nights.
This tax must be paid directly at the campsite reception upon arrival.

7. Liability
CasaToscane accepts no liability for:
- Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests;
- Accidents, injuries, or other personal damage during the stay;
- Failure or malfunction of technical equipment or facilities on the campsite.
Guests are fully responsible for all loss and/or damage to the rented accommodation or property of CasaToscane caused by themselves or their co-occupants.
Improper use or failure to leave the accommodation in good condition may result in additional charges.

8. Data Protection
Your personal data are collected solely for the purpose of processing your booking and managing your stay.
CasaToscane respects your privacy and will not share your information with third parties except where required by law.

9. Force Majeure
CasaToscane cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions).

10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
